Algemene voorwaarden

1. Who we are. Mesa Studios, run by Sander van den Berg. Our address and details are on the Contact information page.
2. Offer and order. The products and prices on this site are our offer. Prices are in euros and include all costs shown at checkout. The agreement starts when you place your order and we confirm it by email.
3. Delivery. Our products are made and shipped by our production partner from China. Delivery times are on each product page and in our Shipping policy. They are estimates.
4. Payment. At checkout, with the payment methods shown there. We never see your card details.
5. Right to cancel. 14 days after you receive your order. See our Return and refund policy.
6. Faulty products. You have a legal right to a product that matches its description. Tell us within 30 days after delivery; we replace it or refund you.
7. Colours and sizes. Colours on screen can look slightly different. Our sizes run small; check the size chart before ordering.
8. Privacy. See our Privacy policy.
9. Complaints. Email sandervdb0312@gmail.com. We reply within 14 days.
10. Law. Dutch law applies. Your rights under the consumer law of the country where you live stay in place.
